Luxury Pool Builder in Toledo, OH and Northwest Ohio
Luck Lagoons & Landscaping designs and builds pools, ponds, patios, and planting for homeowners across Toledo and Northwest Ohio.
The whole property gets drawn as one plan, by the team that builds it. Only a limited number of full-property projects are taken on each year.
What We Build
Pools and water features are one service line. Outdoor living is the other. Most homeowners here hire both, so the two are planned together rather than one after the other.
Services include:
Toledo, OH
Home base, and ground that changes from one side of the city to the other.
Sylvania, OH
Heavily treed lots, most of them long held.
Ottawa Hills, OH
Large parcels, mature canopy, and a village permit process.
Perrysburg, OH
Flat, deep clay where drainage is the first conversation.
Maumee, OH
River frontage with bedrock close to the surface.
Waterville, OH
Bluffs above the Maumee, with room for full-property plans.
Monclova, OH
One-acre minimums and the largest parcels the company works on.

Why the Ground Matters Here
Northwest Ohio sits on the old lakebed of the Great Black Swamp. The clay runs deep and holds water instead of moving it. West of Toledo, sandy ridges sit on top of that same clay a few feet down. Either way, grade and drainage get settled before anything else is drawn.
How Service Areas Work
-
Sometimes, and it starts with a paid property evaluation. Work outside the usual area is considered case by case, and the consultation establishes whether the site and the schedule work.
-
The fit is whole-property design and build rather than a single standalone installation. A small repair, or one item with the rest of the yard off limits, is not the right fit, and the property evaluation establishes that early.
-
So the same team stays on a project from the first drawing to the final planting. That cap is also why reaching out a season ahead of when you want to break ground is worthwhile.
One Team, First Drawing to Final Planting
Every project starts the same way, wherever it is. Josh walks the property, reads the grade and the drainage, and tells you what the ground will allow.
You leave with a written scope, scale, and budget report to keep.
