OUR WORK
Pools, Water Features, and Outdoor Living in Toledo, OH
Projects photographed on the properties they were built for. Every project below began with a property walk and a written plan, then was carried through by the same team from excavation to final planting.
Single Features and Full-Property Builds
The work spans lagoon-style swim areas, koi ponds, waterfalls, grottos, patios and poolscapes, pool houses, outdoor kitchens, and full landscape and lighting plans for homeowners in Toledo, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Maumee, Monclova, and Waterville. Some are single features. Most are full-property builds where the water, the hardscape, and the planting were drawn together.
As you look through, it is worth noticing what the projects have in common: water placed where it changes the whole property, stone set by hand, and equipment kept out of sight. Those are the decisions that get made early, and they are what these spaces still look like years on.

After Dark
The site is a wooded lot behind a craftsman house, enclosed by board fencing with mature trees beyond it.
-

The Sound From the Porch
The house was both the starting point and the constraint.
-

Roeasis
The property is a newer suburban lot with a split-rail fence and open lawn behind it, and the brief was a pool the family could count on for the following summer.

Open Ground
Some properties give you a starting point to work from. This one gave open ground.
