How Luck Lagoons & Landscaping Guides Your Outdoor Project From Start To Finish
A Clear Process From First Conversation To Finished Space
Every project at Luck Lagoons & Landscaping starts the same way, with Josh on your property for a couple of hours before anyone talks about building anything. You leave that first meeting with creative ideas, inspiration, and budget ranges.
He comes as a consultant and a designer. You get two preliminary designs to compare, not one drawing to approve, because the point of the stage is finding the right answer rather than closing the job.
What follows is a sequence, and the order matters. Water, then grade and drainage, then the patios, the kitchen, the lighting, and the planting, each one drawn with the others in mind rather than added when the last crew leaves.
What To Expect When You Work With Luck Lagoons & Landscaping
Property Evaluation & Project Consultation
Josh spends one to two hours on your property, walking the site and asking how you want to use it. That conversation surfaces the opportunities and the problems before anything gets designed. You leave with a written scope, scale, and budget report that is yours to keep. The fee is $200.
Design
Water goes on the page first, then grade and drainage, then the patios, kitchen, lighting, and planting. Everything gets drawn together so the property works as one environment rather than a set of separate jobs.
Visualization
Depending on scope, 3D visualization lets you walk the finished space before anyone breaks ground. Layout, scale, and materials get settled here, while changes are still free.
Collaboration & Planning
Details get refined, tradeoffs get priced, and scope gets shaped to the investment you are comfortable with. Projects this size are not decided in one meeting.
One Team, Same Design
Same team, same design intent, excavation through final planting. Josh is on site.
Final Walkthrough
You walk the property together before handoff and confirm it is ready for the way you plan to use it.

What Our Clients are Saying
“Josh was exceptional and very professional to work with from the initial phone call to the final day of installation.
Throughout the entire process, our expectations were far exceeded. While our project was being built, the crew was on site morning to evening keeping us updated along the way. They kept our lawn clean and tidy as they worked. Highly recommend Luck Landscaping!!”

A Process Designed For Full Outdoor Environments, Not Pieced-Together Projects
The order is the whole thing. Water, grade, drainage, then everything that sits on top of it, decided before anyone breaks ground rather than discovered afterward.
Luck Lagoons & Landscaping works with homeowners across Toledo, OH and surrounding communities who would rather spend two hours getting it right than a season fixing it.
