Careers at Luck Lagoons & Landscaping

Work on projects you will want to drive past

Luck Lagoons & Landscaping builds a limited number of full-property projects each year across Toledo and the surrounding communities, which means crews stay on a job from excavation through final planting and see the finished result. We hire for masonry and stonework, excavation and equipment operation, plumbing and water feature installation, planting and maintenance, and design.

What we look for is care about the part nobody sees, since base work and plumbing decide whether the visible work lasts. Experience helps. A willingness to be taught the sequence matters more.

How To Apply

Send a summary of your experience and the kind of work you want to be doing to the office, and the operations lead will respond within one week.

Candidates who move forward have a conversation with Josh Luck and spend a day on an active site, so both sides can judge the fit before anyone commits.
