1. Consultation
Josh spends one to two hours on the property before anyone talks about shapes or shells. Where the pool goes is decided by the grade, the drainage, and the view from inside the house, not by where there happens to be open lawn. You leave with a written scope, scale, and budget report.

Layout comes first: footprint, depth, entry, and where the deck meets the house. Andrew Leonard then draws the patios, planting, and lighting around it, so the pool has something to sit in rather than something added later.
3. Construction
Excavation, shell, coping, decking, and finish work, each stage checked against the drawing rather than against the calendar. Josh is on site.
4. Final Walkthrough
The pool gets filled and running before handoff, so you see the finished thing rather than an empty shell and a promise. Then you walk it together and confirm it works the way you planned to use it.
