The next step is a short call to confirm what you are planning, roughly what you want to invest, and whether your property suits the kind of work we do. If it does, we schedule the Property Evaluation and Project Consultation. Josh Luck, the owner, spends one to two hours on your property and we email you our scope, scale, and budget report that is yours to keep. The fee is $200.
What To Have Ready
It helps to know how you want to use the space, roughly how many people you host, and an honest investment range. Photos of directions you like are useful. Everything about grade, soil, and drainage gets read on the walk.
